Head Coach

Coach Emily joined our Rage coaching staff in 2022 and quickly became one of our organization’s key components. A positive influence for all our Rage players to follow and learn from.

Being a coach keeps Coach Frank connected to this game he loves and allows him to share his passion and experience with aspiring youth.

Sean Rashti

Assistant Coach

Playing Experience:

Coach Sean was a four-year varsity baseball starter at Herricks High School; there, he was a captain for two years and played outfield and second base. He also played for one year in college during his two years at Nassau Community College.

Coaching Career:

Coach Sean was a softball head coach for four years at the SYAG Little League organization for girls. He has won two championships with SYAG.  Sean also has 3 years of experience as an assistant to the head coach for Long Island Rage. Sean enjoys coaching and teaching the young softball players how to play the game, and how to put their mind and their all into the games.
